How to play
| Gesture | Action |
|---|---|
| Swipe left or right, or tap a side | Change lane |
| Swipe up | Climb over debris |
| Swipe down | Dive under a laser gate |
A jump or slide you ask for while already in the air is remembered and fires the moment you land, so you can chain two obstacles without waiting. Leaving a lane is instant — you only collide with the lane you have actually reached.
Purchases
- I paid for something and didn't get it.
- Open Shop ▸ Purchases ▸ Restore (or Settings ▸ Restore purchases). This brings back the VIP Pass, Remove Ads and the Founder's Bundle on any device signed into the same Apple Account. If a gem pack was charged but not delivered, the game re-checks unfinished purchases every time it launches — reopen the app once, and if the gems still haven't arrived, email us with the date and amount.
- I reinstalled the app and my purchases are gone.
- Tap Restore as above. Non-consumables and the subscription come back. Consumables — gems you already spent — do not, because they were already delivered.
- How do I cancel the VIP Pass?
- VIP Pass is an auto-renewable subscription at $6.99 per month, billed to your Apple Account. Cancel it in Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions on your iPhone, or tap Manage VIP in the game's Settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge; you keep VIP until the period you have paid for runs out.
- What happens when VIP ends?
- Double coins, the +2 energy capacity and the ad-free experience stop. Everything you earned while subscribed — gems, coins, rockets, season progress — is yours to keep.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. We have no ability to issue or deny a refund, but tell us what went wrong so we can fix it.
- The shop is empty or prices won't load.
- This is almost always a connection problem — the App Store needs to reach Apple to fetch prices even though the game itself works offline. Check your connection and reopen the app; the game retries on its own. If it persists, sign out and back into the App Store in iOS Settings.
Progress and data
- Is my progress backed up?
- Progress is saved locally on your iPhone and is included in your encrypted iPhone backup (iCloud or Finder). There is no account system and no cloud save, so progress does not sync between devices — restoring an iPhone backup carries it across, signing into another iPhone does not.
- I lost my progress.
- If the save file is ever unreadable, the game sets it aside rather than overwriting it and starts fresh, so nothing is destroyed. Email us before reinstalling — reinstalling deletes it for good.
- How do I delete everything?
- Settings ▸ Reset all progress (tap twice to confirm) erases your save. Deleting the app removes it entirely. We hold no copy — see the Privacy Policy.
About the game's systems
- What are the crate odds?
- 65% Common, 25% Rare, 8% Epic, 2% Legendary. A ×10 opening guarantees at least one Rare or better, and the 40th opening without a Legendary is guaranteed to be one — the counter toward that is shown on the crate screen. Duplicates refund coins. Every rocket is cosmetic and none of them make you faster or safer.
- Are the leaderboard rivals real people?
- No. The weekly board and the duel opponents are generated on your device. The game says so on the Ranks screen. Nothing about your scores is sent anywhere.
- Where do the ads come from?
- Google AdMob. The breaks between runs are interstitials; the "watch a video" buttons are rewarded ads you choose to watch. Remove Ads and the VIP Pass both remove the between-run breaks permanently — the rewarded videos stay, since watching one is always optional. You can change what advertisers may use your data for in Settings ▸ Ad privacy options.
- Why did a video not pay out?
- A rewarded video only pays when it is watched to the end — closing it early forfeits the reward. If no ad was available at all, the game says so and the revive or coin bonus is granted anyway; gems and wheel spins need a real video.
- How does energy work?
- Each run costs energy, which refills over time whether or not the app is open. The base capacity is 5, you can buy capacity up to 12, and VIP adds 2 on top. You can also refill instantly with gems.
- Does it need an internet connection?
- Only to load shop prices, complete a purchase and fetch ads. The game itself — every mode, the Daily Challenge, crates, the season pass — works fully offline; with no connection you simply see no ads.
Accessibility and comfort
Music, sound effects and haptics can each be turned off in Settings. The game is portrait-only and playable one-handed. If something about the game is hard to read or hard to control, tell us — that feedback is genuinely useful and we would rather hear it than not.
Reporting a bug
The most useful report includes:
- your iPhone model and iOS version;
- what you were doing when it happened;
- whether it happens every time or just once;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you can get one.
